Bettors believe Trump will be impeached

Earlier, Texas Democrat Al Green had become the first member of Congress to go to the House floor calling for Trump to be impeached, citing the mounting scandal over Trump's ties with Russian Federation as proof Moscow interfered in last year's presidential elections.

"President trump for their actions should be prosecuted by the House of representatives of the Congress of the United States. The act is the obstruction of a lawful investigation of the President's campaign ties to Russian influence in his 2016 Presidential Election".

A USA president has never been removed from office at the end of an impeachment process. "At no time, at no time were intelligence sources or methods discussed and the president did not disclose any military operations that were not already publicly known".

The US president is facing enormous scrutiny amid growing concerns in Washington regarding the relationship between Trump's team and Russian Federation. While Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton were both impeached, Nixon resigned, and the Senate could not muster enough votes to convict Clinton. The House of Representatives can not find the President guilty of anything.

When he served in the House, Ford famously declared that "an impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history". "The president is not above the law", he added.

· The President acknowledged he considered the investigation when he fired the F.B.I.

These acts, when combined, amount to intimidation and obstruction.

A member of the House of Representatives or special prosecutor Robert S. Mueller III must first recommend impeachment proceedings to begin. Whether he is guilty is a separate action for the U.S. Senate to decide.

Nearly half of Americans - 48 percent - want to impeach Trump while 41 percent remain opposed, a Public Policy Polling survey shows.

The newspaper cited current and former USA officials said Mr Trump had divulged information provided by an ally through an intelligence-sharing arrangement, which was considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the American government.

"Our mantra should be I.T.N-Impeach Trump Now", Green wrote in an email, which included a line in red pushing those who received the email to "forward this email to others who may be interested".
