Big Bang fans meet Young Sheldon in new prequel teaser

CBS has released the first look image at Young Sheldon, a spin-off based on the early years of The Big Bang Theory's Sheldon Cooper.

The only other significant shifts to the Eye lineup are on Wednesday, where Criminal Minds vacates its usual 9 p.m. home to make room for newcomer SEAL Team, and on Sunday, where NCIS: L.A. and Madam Secretary both shift back an hour so Wisdom of the Crowd can get a boost from National Football League overruns and 60 Minutes. The hit drama CRIMINAL MINDS shifts to 10:00 PM to begin its 13th season.

CBS, though first, is down 12 per cent this season, averaging 9.7 million viewers, and dropped 20 per cent among young adults, ranking behind NBC and Fox. "Life in Pieces" (starting November 2) 10:00 p.m. "S.W.A.T". Kahl compared the Big Bang Theory spinoff to Wonder Years.
