An Unreleased 'Game of Thrones' Episode Has Leaked Online

Links to the fourth episode of "Game of Thrones" season 7, set to be aired and streamed August 6 by HBO, appeared on a discussion board on Reddit, the Verge reported Friday.

"The cyberattack that targeted HBO, which included a remarkable 1.5 terabytes of data stolen, also involved email correspondence that could be leaked".

The Season 7 leak appears to have originated from one of HBO's worldwide distribution partners, Star India, whose watermark is visible on the video online.

Following news that the television network HBO has been hacked in which TV titles like Game of Thrones and Ballers have been published online, SailPoint, the identity company commented below.

HBO are now pursuing a case against Star India, on foot of the alleged breach.

The fourth episode of the new season of "Game of Thrones" leaked on the internet before its official release date on Sunday. "This is a grave issue and we are taking appropriate legal remedial action".

But on Friday morning, HBO had its biggest breach of secrecy when the next episode - Episode 4 of Season 7 - leaked in a Reddit post before Sunday's broacast. But it's not connected to the earlier hack on HBO that was disclosed earlier this week.

Game of Thrones has been hit by leaks in prior seasons and shared millions of times.
