I-30 was littered with frozen pizzas Wednesday afternoon after a tractor trailer carrying the food items crashed.
Officials say no one was injured in the accident.
Arkansas' department of transportation warned commuters that cleanup would take time and to expect delays.
According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, the crash occurred when the truck hit the Mabelvale Pike overpass, which tore the tractor's trailer to shreds, spilling the pizzas and diesel fuel all over the highway in the process. They will later bring out a mechanical broom to try and get the rest of the debris off of the road.
They said if the road is still slippery, they will then use a high power hose. Traffic is being detoured to exit 130.
