The first new exhibit of the year will open to the public on March 9th, as an updated installment of "American Currents: The Music of 2017" highlights Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Maren Morris, Randy Travis and Chris Young, with more artists to be announced at a later date.

Dr. Ralph Stanley, the Judds, Emmylou Harris and Little Big Town are among the artists to be featured at the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2018. Stanley passed away in 2016 after a 70-year career.

"Having an exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is something we wouldn't have ever known to dream of for ourselves, it is beyond a dream come true", Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild said in a press release.

July 13 brings an exhibit devoted to bluegrass and roots music pioneer Stanley that his son, Ralph Stanley II, calls "a special moment for me personally and the entire family".

Emmylou Harris will be the subject of a major new exhibition at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee, opening October 5, 2018, the museum announced today.

"From my first album release in 1975, country music has embraced me with open arms", Harris states. "This exhibit at the Hall of Fame makes me realize once more how grateful and honored I am to be part of such a remarkable musical family".

The Hall of Fame also announced that its "Dylan, Cash and the Nashville Cats: A New Music City" exhibit will close on February 18 after a three-year run.
