The yellow warning is in place from 5pm on Friday until 11am on Saturday across Norfolk and Waveney.
The Met Office has issued a weather warning to run from 5pm today until 11am tomorrow for parts of the United Kingdom, including Bolton.
This is the third weather warning to be issued by the Met Office for Northern Ireland in as many days.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: "Ice will be a hazard in places on Friday evening and Saturday morning".
Icy stretches are likely on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths with some slippery surfaces likely.
Lancashire County Council has advised that all priority routes in Central and South Lancashire will be gritted this evening and tomorrow morning.
