Radrizzani delivers surprising opinion on Leeds United's playing squad

The Leeds owner expressed his concern over the link on Twitter after Wolves ran out 3-0 winners over his side last week.

The super-agent has a number of clients at Wolves, including boss Nuno Espirito Santo, and clubs are concerned Wolves are circumventing Financial Fair Play rules by not paying players the going rate.

It's an opportunity for me to clarify the rules because I want to build a successful team on the pitch like Wolverhampton.

Leeds' early promise, which saw them top the Championship in September, dissipated rapidly after Christmas, leading to the sacking of former head coach Thomas Christiansen and dragging the club down into a mid-table position.

"We need to play the next [nine] games, showing the spirit and passion that we're missing and show the players that we need their respect".

"For me, that was the bottom of the season because there was no commitment, no passion and no spirit".

"My tweet was in a moment of frustration, but it was also done on goal to have attention on something that I tried to raise as a subject to the league and other club owners since the beginning of the season".

"I'm not accusing anyone, but I would like to have clarification on the rules".

"A part of the regulations talks about the influence of intermediaries in the management of the team".

"I might not even need an agent because I have good relations with many football teams in Europe personally".

Philippe Sandler: Manchester City swooped to land Dutch talent Sandler from PEC Zwolle in January, and if they choose to loan out the 21-year-old centre back this summer, then Leeds - who will see Matthew Pennington return to Everton - may be one option.

Radrizzani has big plans for Leeds and he added that he is willing to use his strong contracts with top agents and clubs to boost the Whites squad as they aim for Premier League promotion.

"If that's possible, I would like to do the same". If not I will do as I did in the past, which I'm happy with too.

"So I would like clarification from the EFL about their rules, but also from the Premier League, because if we're working in the Championship with rules that are not then accepted by the Premier League, there's no point of doing it, because all of this, everything we're doing, is aiming to be in the Premier League". I know everything about us and our club and what we're doing.
