Officers at McCormick County Sheriff's Office were dispatched after receiving reports of the rogue animal on a highway on May 15.
The kangaroo he refers to is one that was found galloping in the small farming town of McCormick in South Carolina, USA, on Tuesday morning.

There is no state law that prohibits someone from owning a kangaroo, according to Capt. Robert McCullough of the S.C. Department of Natural Resources.
