The National Weather Service says rain has come to an end in the Lehigh Valley this morning, as the system that gave us a soggy Sunday finally moves out to sea.
Any stronger storms that develop could drop very heavy rain and have wind gusts as high as 50-60 miles per hour, forecasters said.
