How Prince Harry Helped Meghan Through Her First Ever Balcony Appearance

Postado Junho 13, 2018

The new Duchess of Sussex, who married Prince Harry at Windsor Castle's St. George's Chapel on May 19, has been submitted for Emmy consideration by USA Network in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series category for her role as Rachel Zane on Suits.

Many wondered why Duchess Meghan Markle looked like she was standing in the background on the balcony at the Trooping the Colour ceremony over the weekend, which marked her royal balcony debut.

You may also have noticed she was little bit in the back...

Stepping out at her first Trooping The Colour event, the 36-year-old turned heads in a blush pink, off-shoulder dress by Carolina Herrera. Luckily for Meghan Markle, she has some help. The second time was for Markle's extravagant royal wedding, at which she wore a simple off-the-shoulder gown designed by Claire Waight Keller for Givenchy.

But while Meghan may have been receiving scorn from people on the internet who have nothing better to do with their lives, her husband - Prince Harry - was as supportive as ever.

With all the hype around the Suits star since her engagement and subsequent marriage to Prince Harry, some netizens could not fail to miss that a professional plus-size model looks like Markle's long-lost sister.

"I do feel her choice of an off the shoulder dress was pushing it for HRH Queen Elizabeth's Birthday celebration", wrote another on social media.

Royal fashion rule dictates that women do not wear off-shoulder or other more revealing styles. Clearly suffering from some nerves surrounding when she was supposed to curtsy to the Queen, Harry can be seen appearing to instruct Meghan on when to bend the knee to Her Majesty after Meghan asks "Do it?"
