Actor John Schneider, who played Bo Duke on "Dukes of Hazzard", is reportedly facing jail time over unpaid spousal support.

John, 58, was sentenced to three days in the Los Angeles County Jail on Monday, according to TMZ, for not paying the spousal support due to his estranged wife, Elvira "Elly" Schneider, by mid-March.

Elvira Schneider called on the judge overseeing their bitter stand-off to consider putting Schneider behind bars back in February, claiming he owed her over $150,000 in support payments, prompting the desperate star to ask for leniency. TMZ reports that he did not resolve the tax liens.

Earlier this year he was accused in court documents of missing monthly support payments of $18,911 from September 2016 through May 2017.

He didn', now, in addition to the jail time, he'll have to do 240 hours of community service.

Reps for Schneider did not immediately return Fox News' request for comment, but reports indicate that he could be in jail as early as Tuesday. He claimed that he has hit hard financial times and spent most of his money repairing his movie studio in Louisiana after it was destroyed in a March 2016 flood.

A Dukes of Hazzard reunion and tour was canceled after Schneider's co-star, Tom Wopat, was arrested for indecent assault and battery in August.
