Lindsay noted that she "can't speak on something I didn't live" and is adamant that she is fully supportive of women.
Lohan, who said she never had such an experience while in Hollywood, also said women who go through such ordeals should address it right away.
The movement came to the fore previous year after the alleged sex crimes of Harvey Weinstein prompted women across the globe to bravely share their own harrowing experiences.

During the interview, Lohan also doubted all those coming forward are doing it for the right reasons.
The actress defended Harvey Weinstein when allegations of sexual assault first emerged against the disgraced movie mogul.
In 2016, Lohan accused her ex-fiance Egor Tarabasov of physical abuse during their relationship, but did not file a complaint.
Filming herself in her Dubai bathroom, Lindsay said: 'I feel very bad for Harvey Weinstein right now, I don't think it's right what's going on'.
