Ohio State Claims Big Win Over Texas Christian: Twitter Reacts

Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa headed to the locker rooms with a lower body injury during the third quarter in the TCU game on Saturday night at AT&T Stadium.

The No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes and No. 15 TCU Horned Frogs will kick off their showdown tonight at 8:00 pm Eastern.

Ohio State has made it through two games just fine without Urban Meyer.

After TCU missed a 31-yard field goal attempt on its opening possession after a holding call nullified a touchdown, the Horned Frogs started from their 7 on their next one. On TCU's next possession, defensive tackle Dre'Mont Jones intercepted a shovel pass by Shawn Robinson and returned it 28 yards for the go-ahead touchdown.

TCU led 14-13 when Bosa left. Ohio State has not offered an official announcement on the nature or severity of the injury, but the quick decision to strike him from action for the rest of the game does not inspire confidence in a speedy return to play.

Ohio State began playing football in 1904.

The Frogs played in the Big 12 championship game last season.

They will also have a show on The Ozone Facebook page after the postgame interviews end. Bosa beat Anthony McKinney and stripped the ball from Robinson. It had an H-back zooming up the field 63 yards with a dink pass, a 286-pound defensive tackle rolling up a sideline and reminding how compellingly 286 pounds can move in the 21st century, and a pretty 24-yard touchdown pass from a budding quarterback to yet another wow of an H-back.

But the Buckeyes sputtered after that. It was both the longest run in TCU history and the longest play ever surrendered by Ohio State.
