On Monday, December 3rd, Google pushed out the December 2018 Android security update, which just so happens to address more than a dozen functionality issues affecting the Pixel 3 and 3 XL. According to the insider, the search giant is working on what seems to be a larger version of the rumored Pixel 3 Lite, and it will likely have nearly the same size as the Google Pixel 3 XL. In India, e-SIM support will be rolled out for both Airtel and Reliance Jio for Pixel 3 in the coming months, revealed the company.
The OTA is busy rolling out (download here) and the factory images for Pixel and Nexus devices are available to download here if you don't feel like waiting for the update notification to appear. The patches include improved camera performance, fixes for screen flickering bugs and apps accidentally closing while running in the background, and several others. The Google Pixel 3 XL price in India starts at Rs. 83,000 for the 64GB variant and up to Rs. 92,000 for the 128GB model.
Express.co.uk recently reviewed the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL saying: "These Google-powered devices are fast, feature-packed and offer the ultimate experience for those who want pure Android power". At any rate, head to the Google Store and you can choose your Pixel and apply the discount code. "We look forward to continuing our work with our partners on the potential benefits of eSIM-whether that's getting you connected to a phone, watch, tablet, or laptop-in the future".
