One year after the YouTube personality received backlash for posting footage of a dead boy's body after an apparent suicide in Japan, the 23-year-old star is once again getting backlash for his online content.
"January is sober vegan January and then February...' Logan said before Mike went on to explain that 'fatal February" was the month for them to do the exact opposite, which is to eat steaks and drink alcohol. "We're going to attempt to go gay for just one month".
"I can't believe Logan Paul is going to be "gay for a month" like it's some sort of trend", another user wrote. "For one month. And then swing. go back", Majlak responded.
The comment did not sit well with fans, who slammed Paul for insulting the LGBTQ+ community.
Oh, look, Logan Paul did something controversial again!
The outcry from people on social media has been swift however, defending the LGBTQ+ community from this extremely harmful accusation that being gay is somehow a choice (and not only a choice, but a gag).
Just when you thought Logan Paul was coming to his senses, he finds a new demographic with sensory language. The consensus being: Logan Paul is an utter moron with an incomprehensible agenda.
GLAAD also took issue with Paul's comment, writing on Twitter on Friday: "That's not how it works". Now if Paul's "going gay" resolution doesn't fill you with anger for some reason, that should.
"Very poor choice of words.my fault. let's get together and talk about it on my podcast next week?" he tweeted.
