The incident was reported at around 9 a.m. Monday at the warehouse on Birch Creek Road in the Logan Township of Gloucester County, WABC-TV reported.
Police have surrounded the loading dock area of a UPS facility in New Jersey in response to a reported active shooter. This report has yet to be confirmed by police or other media outlets. From the footage, it appears at least 20 members of law enforcement were on the scene.
The building, located in a commercial district of the south New Jersey township of 6,000, is a supply chain processing facility, UPS said.
A Gloucester County fire official added that he was told the incident involved a fight between two people inside.
Logan Township Schools have been placed on a modified lockdown.
In a later tweet, the company said, "We are working with law enforcement as they respond and can not provide information about the identity of people involved at this time".
