Pratt appeared on Colbert last night (February 7), and told the host and audience about his recent bible-inspired diet.
Hillsong's leader Brian Houston previously wrote on the church's official website that although the institution "welcomes all people", he added that he "does not affirm the gay lifestyle". "Put clearly, we do not affirm a gay lifestyle and because of this we do not knowingly have actively gay people in positions of leadership, either paid or unpaid".
"Oh. K. Um. But his church is infamously anti lgbtq so maybe address that too?" The actress recently made headlines for her own visit on "The Late Show" in which she condemned hateful leadership and criticized vice president Mike Pence for his anti-LGBTQ beliefs. "Of course! You are welcome to attend, worship with us, and participate as a congregation member with the assurance that you are personally included and accepted within our community".
ET Canada has reached out to Pratt's rep for comment. Page stars in Netflix's upcoming graphic novel adaptation "The Umbrella Academy", which debuts February 15 on the streaming platform.
