"It's helping him to be more creative, and when he gets out, he plans to write about it", Wyatt said in a phone interview Tuesday.
He said Cosby's wife, Camille, has not visited her husband at the maximum-security SCI Phoenix facility outside Philadelphia - by Cosby's choice.
Wyatt was interviewed by WCAU in Philadelphia and said: "Yeah, he used the term unbelievable experience. He doesn't want the situation to be turned into a circus", Wyatt said. He was previously being held in a single cell in a unit adjacent to the infirmary.
Other than Cosby's attorneys, Wyatt is the only person to visit him while in prison; Wyatt visits Cosby almost every other week.
"He doesn't want people to try to exploit (Camille) and his daughters if they visit".
Bill Cosby, 81, leaves the Montgomery County Courthouse after his sentencing in September. Wyatt said that Cosby's been losing a lot of weight in prison - largely due to restraining himself from eating bread, dessert and drinking coffee.
Cosby was sentenced in September for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home in 2004. "Now the amusing part about it [is] Mrs Cosby's been trying to stop him from drinking coffee for 55 years and it took this to stop him from drinking coffee", Wyatt said.
"He does not eat in the area with other residents, he does not have a cellmate, and he does not exercise with other residents", Wyatt said last week.
The prison's general population area is two stories with a central day room positioned where inmates can congregate, watch TV, or play cards, Worden told KTLA-TV.
It was reported on Friday that Cosby had transferred to the general prison population, after spending his first four months in special housing.
