A Facebook spokesperson said that it's not testing a dislike button. "That's why today we are launching Reactions , an extension of the Like button, to give you more ways to share your reaction to a post in a quick and easy way". According to reports on Twitter, when users choose to downvote a comment, i users can choose from a list of options explaining the decision.
