Ao decretar a prisão de Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva nesta quinta-feira, 5, em cumprimento da ordem de execução da pena do Tribunal Regional Federal da 4.ª Região (TRF-4), o juiz federal Sérgio Moro deixou expresso: "Vedada a utilização de algemas em qualquer hipótese".
